An account stores your name, email, and a password hash. Saved amounts, watches, alert history, and browser push tokens are stored so the desk can do what you asked. Sign-in failures are counted by address for a short time, to slow guessing.

Rate data is fetched from the public feeds named on the methodology page. To price a saved amount at provider rates, the currency pair and the amount are sent to Wise’s comparison service and Revolut’s public converter. Your name and email are not. We do not sell personal data. Mail is sent only for a password reset, a watch you armed, or a saved amount that crossed a line you set. Push is sent only to a browser you registered.

You can ask for access or deletion at the address above. The session cookie is essential and keeps you signed in. There are no advertising cookies.
